Massage Experience: Total Relaxation
One of the standout features of Soul Senses Spa is the choice of massage oils, allowing you to personalize your experience. Options include:
Lemongrass (refreshing and uplifting)
Lavender (personally not a favourite)
Stress Release (our favourite—herbal, eucalyptus-like, and gives off that classic spa scent)
We tried both the Deep Tissue Massage and their Signature Massage, and both were excellent. If you love that satisfying deep back crack, their signature massage is definitely worth booking!
Affordable Packages (But Keep an Eye on Prices!)
The spa offers affordable package deals, which makes regular visits more budget-friendly. However, be aware that prices do tend to increase by 100-200 dirhams over time, so it’s worth checking before booking.

Post-massage treats: You’re served tea along with a bowl of nuts, raisins, and apricots—a simple but thoughtful touch.
In-room showers: No need to walk to a separate shower room—everything is conveniently in the massage room.
Couples massages available: A great option if you want to relax with a partner or friend.

Shoutout to Kris at reception—he’s incredibly helpful and ensures a smooth booking experience. Language is not a barrier, and the staff is professional and accommodating.

Soul Senses has over 20 locations across the UAE. While we can't vouch for all locations we have been to the location in Abu Dhabi, at the Marriott Downtown, which is just as amazing.
