Ingredients:
½ ripe avocado
1 cup ice cubes
1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste)
½ cup soy milk
Instructions:
Scoop out the avocado and place it in a blender.
Add the ice cubes, honey, and soy milk.
Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more soy milk for a softer consistency.
Pour into a bowl and enjoy immediately for a soft-serve texture, or freeze for 1-2 hours for a firmer ice cream.
